The game between the two teams at the bottom of the log showed exactly why they do occupy those positions. The Lions eventually won this boring game with 24-19 to record their second win of the season.
The first half was a scrappy affair with both sides making more mistakes than what they did not mess up. The half time score was 19-12 with neither team having the upper-hand.
The second half saw both sides scoring a converted try with the number of mistakes made by the sides more than the points scored in the match.
The Lions forwards "scored" three tries after driving mauls which was all credited to captain PJ Botha.
