Western Province travels to Potchefstroom to take on the Leopards who is currently last on the log while Western Province is currently fourth on the log and unbeaten for the past two weeks. Unfortunately for the Leopards, I do not think they will be able to duplicate their famous win against the Sharks (30-29) in round 1 at home.

Western Province who is improving week on week has made a bunch of changes to the team that have beaten the log leaders Blue Bulls 21-20 last weekend and it is easier to mention those who were not replaced. At the back, it is only Coetzer, Pretorius and Kriel who again starts against the Leopards while upfront Theunissen, Orderson and Paarwater are the survivors.

The Leopards made two changes to their backline as L Daniels replaces J Steenkamp who moves to inside centre while L Nyele replaces L Daniels. Upfront, B Lushozi is back at lock in the place of W Nel while at the loosies M Etzebeth comes in at #7 while Veldsman moves from #7 to #8 and A Fouche moves from #8 to #6.
